Seiler Instrument & Manufacturing Company was awarded the contract for the M45 Optical Boresights (NSN: 1240-00-152-3512, P/N: 10549221) by the United States Army Contracting Command in Warren, Michigan.
The procurement is for 184 boresights with a total value of $304,920.00 for the life of the contract.

A fixed focus elbow telescope and body assembly is used with a distant aiming point to align the mortar tube and verify that the mortar sight unit is accurate.
“We are pleased and proud to have received this award, as it represents the U.S. Army’s continued trust and confidence in Seiler Instrument to produce and deliver the high quality optical instruments our soldiers need to complete their crucial missions” Bruce Ryan- Vice President of Manufacturing.
