The Trimble 3300 Total station provides an exceptional solution to a wide range of measurement applications within a small, water resistant and rugged yet lightweight instrument body capable of operating for many hours on a small internal battery. The instrument has been designed so that even an inexperienced operator can be fully operational with the instrument within a few minutes of start up. The 3300 series can be operated with the the Zeiss Elta control unit, the Geodimeter® control unit with color coded keys or the TSC1™ controller. Using the 3300 Series you can rapidly measure distances up to 1300m with a single keystroke. And for stakeout, the Tracking measure mode repeats measurement every 0.5 sec, providing rapid count down to the point required. The 3300 series is the ideal compliment to the Trimble GPS Total Station® 5700 system, providing a means of filling in detail that cannot be acquired using GPS.
